What You'll Be Doing:
Perform ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) contract analysis via reviewing customer contracts and billings to ensure that revenue has been recognized in accordance with US GAAP
Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to appropriately structure non-standard sales agreements and provide/communicate appropriate revenue accounting guidance/interpretation.
Perform and review month-end duties including account reconciliation, computation of revenue/deferred revenue, royalty accrual estimates, and review of revenue trends.
Interact with external auditors to gather relevant support and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Assess and implement departmental process and procedure improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Support M&A related activities, such as accounting due diligence and accounting integration.
