About the Role
Sr. Solutions Architect
The customer requires a Data Protection Services (DPS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) expertise to assess and optimize their backup environment.
The engagement will focus on:
- Reviewing the existing data protection architecture.
- Aligning configurations with Dell and industry best practices.
- Enabling operational readiness of the customer's operations team.
- Providing targeted knowledge transfer.
- Developing operational runbooks to enable independent management and support of the solution.
