Sr. Slot Technician

Oversees and provides leadership direction of daily preventative maintenance programs to ensure maximum performance and condition of all slot machines. Position also entails project involvement with slot machine installations, moves, and modifications. Provide fast and friendly service to customers at all times. Oversees Slot Technicians and Reports to the Slot Director ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensure maximum performance and reduce machine downtime through preventative maintenance. Minor repairs of machines may be required during the preventative maintenance service time. Additional functions include involvement in daily moves and modifications projects to continue to build knowledge base and experience levels. Maintaining Slot Machine Database and ensuring proper paperwork is completed and filed in accordance with internal control standards.
