**Job Description:**
**Escolaridad:**
Bachelor´s of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.
**Objetivo General:**
Lead and coordinate the Reliability Technician team to ensure proper execution of reliability activities project follow-up, material readiness, workshop support, and effective communication between Reliability Engineers and Technicians.
**Conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades:**
+ Basic knowledge of Power Tool assembly and functionality.
+ Microsoft Office, Power BI.
+ 3-5 years of experience in Reliability, Quality, Manufacturing, Test Lab or related field.
+ Intermediate English level.
+ Knowledge of GD&T, measurement tools, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5 Whys.
+ Leadership, accountability, analytical thinking, effective communication, decission-making, project follow up, and ability to work under pressure.
