Key Responsibilities
1) Spot Bid Execution & Coordination
Manage and execute spot bid requests across digital platforms (Ariba / GoComet / Coupa / Zycus), ensuring on-time and compliant submissions. Coordinate closely with overseas offices, agents, and partners to collect air & ocean spot rates under tight timelines. Proactively follow up on pending rates and missing inputs to avoid delays or disqualification. Validate rate structures, assumptions, and service scope to ensure competitiveness and accuracy before submission. Ensure same-day execution of time-sensitive spot bids through real-time coordination within defined working hours. 2) Speed, Quality & Win Ratio Focus
