Sr. Quantity Surveyor MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation quantity surveying contract administration and commercial management of MEP works across large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for MEP works on high-rise building projects.
- Prepare cost estimates BOQs tender evaluations and budget analysis.
- Review project drawings specifications and contract documents for quantity take-offs and cost control.
- Monitor project costs variations claims and subcontractor payments.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and procurement teams on commercial matters.
