POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Qcells New Homes is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to support and coordinate key project activities throughout the full lifecycle of new homes solar projects. This role directly supports the New Homes Project Management team by maintaining accurate project details, organized documentation, and timely updates to ensure smooth project progression.
This position may be based out of our Irvine, CA office or performed remotely, with any in-office expectations determined at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead documentation oversight - collaborate with internal teams, installation partners, and builders to obtain, track, and validate all required project documentation across the full project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
