Manufacturing EngineerBachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanics or related field is required; a Master's degree is desirable.5 to 10+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, especially SMT equipment (Screen Printer, Solder Paste, Automatic Inspection, pick‐and‐place, reflow ovens, basic Automatic X‐Ray Inspection).
Understanding of IT platforms supporting SMT operations: Visual Factory, traceability, SPC, MESWeb.Strong knowledge of machine operation.Machine configuration and common SMT manufacturing metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
Project management skills.Advanced user of Microsoft Office.English language proficiency: 80%.
ResponsibilitiesEquipment capability validation.New technology evaluation.Standardization of Visual Factory tools.SMT equipment built‐in process control training and usage.Sharing of best practices and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.
