Sr. Pre-Sales Engineer

Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to lead and grow our pre-sales operations focused on the full suite of ManageEngine solutions. This role requires an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between customer requirements and our technical offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, project delivery, and leadership to drive solution development, client engagement, and successful deal closure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Solution Design & Demonstrations:
  

  • Lead and manage technical pre-sales activities across all ManageEngine product lines (ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, PAM360, ADManager, Endpoint Central, etc.).
    

  • Conduct in-depth customer requirement analysis and present tailored solution demos.
    

  • Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and technical presentations.
