Sr. Pharmacy Account Manager

Job Description

This role is focused on managing pharmacy-related accounts and operations. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly for clients, resolve issues, and coordinate with different teams. You’ll also act as a subject matter expert (SME) and help guide other team members.

• Review guidelines and client instructions to ensure tasks are done correctly
• Work with different teams to deliver accurate and timely results
• Update client documents and help manage system or plan changes
• Prepare and check reports for accuracy
• Help investigate issues, identify root causes, and support solutions
• Coordinate with international/onshore teams to ensure alignment
• Act as an expert for certain processes and support complex concerns
