This role will define and operate a scalable employee advocacy model that transforms authentic employee storytelling into an attributable talent acquisition lever, reaching the 70% of top talent who aren't actively looking for their next role.
As a successful candidate, you'll have a proven track record of building and scaling complex, cross-functional programs from zero to one.
