**Responsibilities**

**Organizational Leadership**

+ Lead, develop, and scale a software engineering team at IEC for MSD division
+ Build a strong leadership bench through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
+ Own hiring strategy, performance management, and capability development

**Engineering Execution**

+ Ensure delivery of high-quality software within agreed scope, timelines, and budget
+ Drive improvements in engineering practices, including test automation, CI/CD, and system reliability
+ Partner with product and program leadership on planning, estimation, and prioritization

**Strategy & Cross-Site Leadership**

+ Align engineering strategy, tooling, and ways of working across global R&D sites
