Overview

The Senior Manager, Project Implementation will lead the planning, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and handover of a landmark super high-rise ultra-luxury residential development. Acting as the Developer's representative, the SPM is responsible for delivering the project safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in delivering complex high-rise, luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or supertall developments, for a property developer, main contractor, PMC, or a combination thereof.
