Role Overview
Sr. Manager, Franchise Strategy & Corporate Development, Tim Hortons & Firehouse Subs, APAC is responsible for driving the financial performance and turnaround of existing master franchise partners across Asia-Pacific, while also supporting the sourcing, structuring, and execution of new franchise development and refranchising opportunities to accelerate growth in the region.
The role manages one direct report based in Singapore and has significant exposure to senior RBI leadership. It is expected to be approximately 60% profitability and turnaround of existing markets and 40% franchise development and investor sourcing.
