Sr. Manager, Finance & Business Support

**Role Purpose**
Reviews and analyzes hotel performance and advises Management Team on performances against KPIs.
Liaise between hotels and regional corporate offices on month end, long term plans, budgeting and forecasting aspects.
Maximizes profitability of hotels through benchmarking / best practices and ensures sound controls and accounting standards are in place as per company Policy & Procedures to safeguard assets and return to the owners.
Including franchise and un-branded hotels management.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Review and analyze Long Term Plans / Annual Plans / Forecast of Hotels to ensure they are accurate, robust and attainable and challenges hotel teams accordingly.
- Monitor performance of hotels through IHG management tools (EFPM, IBP and benchmarking) and flow through and analysis of key indicators to ensure returns are maximized.
