Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and production equipment optimization.

Pay: Starting at $28 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts + mandatory weekends
 
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and lead preventive maintenance (PM) programs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
