Sr Logistics Specialist (Monterrey)

The Expedite Specialist will be responsible for facilitating traffic coordination required by Expedites in a cost-efficient manner. This role ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and all regulatory guidelines to accurately and effectively process daily operations for Expedites.

• Responsible for tracking, data input, and reporting of key performance measures, as assigned by Operations leadership.
• Understand company objectives and protect the company’s business interests.
• Track and trace shipments throughout the life cycle; resolve any issues or concerns with a shipment.
• Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments.
• Maintain accurate, timely information in TMS (transportation software).
• Knowledgeable on charter, hand carry, and ground expedite flows.
