Sr. Integration Ops Analyst

The Integration Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the integration of various systems and applications within the organization. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to monitor integration platforms and applications in all environments plus incident resolution with in SLAs.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders regarding integration processes and related systems.
