Sr Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities Primary Tasks Overall Capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for the filter business. Works with planning,manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to ensure demand is met. Review capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes. Identify bottle-neck process and workout capacity improvement projects with cross-functional teams and/orCapEx for capacity ramping/ expansion for the Filter business. Review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost. Conduct time study and update processes cycle time. Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes. Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization andimprovement.
