About the Role
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking to add 2 HVAC Technicians to its growing team in the Kansas City, KS area! The HVAC Technicians will be diagnosing and performing service repairs on various HVAC systems. The purpose of this position is to maintain, repair, and install Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration, also known as HVACR, equipment in all company facilities. How you will do it:
- Maintains HVACR equipment and controls on all company facilities.
- Tests, repairs and replaces associated equipment such as such as boilers, chillers, air handling units, pneumatic control systems, electronic control systems, cooling towers, motor starters, pump motors, etc.
- Repairs and maintains chemical feed systems necessary to maintain cooling tower and boiler water quality.
- Performs vibration monitoring and dynamic balancing on cooling fans and blowers.
