Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application/Software Technical Support - Sr. Executive cum Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial services domain, particularly in NBFC and NBFC-MFI applications support.

Key Responsibilities & Support Activities:

• Provide technical support for applications such as Craft Silicon BR.NET Core Banking, LOS/LMS and other LOS/LMS solutions used across the NBFC and NBFC-MFI domains.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal Resolution time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain application solutions.
