SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER TTSH MEDICAL TOWER PROJECT OFFICE (CLINICAL SERVICE PLANNING & HOSPITAL OPERATIONS) The HealthCity Novena Masterplan was developed by Tan Tock Seng Hospital, as the flagship tertiary hospital of NHG Health to transform the sector into a hub for healthcare, education and research to advance patient-centric care. As part of Phase 2 of the Masterplan which was recently launched on 9 Sep 2025, the former Communicable Disease Centre 2 and Annex 2 sites will be developed into a new TTSH Medical Tower that will strengthen TTSH's healthcare capacity, advance frailty-ready and technology-enabled care, improve access to medical intervention and improve clinical care outcomes for the 1.5 million residents of Central and North Singapore.
