Sr. Engineering Supervisor

About the Role

Progressive Laboratories is looking for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to lead our maintenance and process engineering team. You'll keep our production lines running safely and reliably, drive continuous improvement across our toll manufacturing operations, and play a key role in supporting the animal health and veterinary products that our poultry, aqua, and swine customers depend on.

What You'll Do

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Drive process improvements that boost yield, throughput, and product quality.
• Supervise, coach, and grow a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installation commissioning.
