As a **Sr Engineer II, Process Development** , you will lead the design and optimization of process solutions for Phillips 66 refining capital projects, from early concept through startup. You will act as a trusted technical authority, bringing creativity and sound judgment to complex engineering challenges while partnering closely with project and refinery teams. Based in Houston, you will support projects across multiple locations, with opportunities to see your designs move from paper to operating units in our refineries.
