Sr. Drilling Supervisor (project-based)

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement well programs involving a wide range of well types and complex scopes, regardless of location, logistics, or communication challenges.
• Direct the entire drilling operations and lead drilling supervisors, developing strategies for the effective implementation of drilling programs.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments of all drilling activities to eliminate potential hazards and downtime.
• Support and promote adherence to HSE policies and guidelines across operations.
• Review and evaluate drilling and workover problems, making recommendations to resolve identified issues.
• Conduct field‑based assignments and supervise drilling activities to ensure safety and operational excellence.
