**Identifies improvements and major repair needs on the distribution system. Assess the effect of alternative performance improvements on a cost/benefit basis and determines priorities. Responsible for engineering support to Field Engineering Design for any customer additions that require a substantial change to the distribution system. Plans system improvements in-line with customer needs and engineer circuit changes to improve performance for assigned circuits. Reviews daily interruption reports. Analyzes projected circuit deficiencies (e.g. voltage, overloads, etc.) for assigned circuits. Develops alternatives to improve circuit reliability.
