Position Summary

The Sr. Director, Engineering Management - Digital Agents & Integrations leads the engineering team delivering McKesson's digital agent and integration capabilities for the contact center technology portfolio. This role oversees engineers working within the conversational AI platform to develop digital agent reference models across voice, chat, and email channels, and the integration engineering team that builds and maintains interfaces between the digital agent platform, CCaaS platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise systems of record. The Sr. Director manages a blended delivery model that includes employees and embedded vendor engineers.

This leader is accountable for team performance, talent development, hiring, engineering practice maturity, and capacity planning.
