Sr. BIM Manager (Lahore)

Switzel International is looking for a highly experienced Sr. BIM Manager to join our Lahore office and lead BIM delivery for international projects, especially across the Middle East. The ideal candidate must have strong BIM leadership experience, recognized BIM certifications , and the ability to manage multidisciplinary BIM production teams while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the BIM production and coordination teams across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
Manage BIM delivery for international projects in collaboration with Qatar and global teams.
Develop, review, and implement:
BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
MIDP/TIDP
BIM workflows, templates, and project standards
Information management procedures
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear instructions for production teams.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and technical leads to resolve BIM-related issues.
