Sr Associate Executive

This is a group-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supporting recruitment across NHG Health’s cluster of institutions.

You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and coordination across the recruitment lifecycle, enabling recruiters to focus on value-added sourcing and stakeholder management. Working in a fast-paced, volume-intensive environment, you will manage scheduling, logistics, and administrative processes to ensure smooth and timely hiring outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working at the centre of a busy recruitment operation while contributing to NHG’s mission of delivering quality healthcare.
