Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Key Accounts and customers in the Midwest territory
• Address inquiries, provide product recommendations, and offer exceptional customer service
• Develop regional Key Account strategies through detailed account planning
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth in untapped regions or industries
• Act and collaborate as regional lead with the Global Key Account Manager team and provide input regarding global key account strategies
