About the role - you will:
Monitor and improve daily sputter process yield, quality, and defect performance.Partner with Failure Analysis (FA) teams to identify defect sources and implement effective corrective actions.Evaluate different sputtering target materials and assess their impact on defectivity, machine performance, and magnetic characteristics.Collaborate with Equipment and Maintenance teams to drive projects that improve quality, productivity, reliability, and cost effectiveness.Support new product transfers and process optimization to achieve smooth production ramp-up...
