About the Role
Overview
This role requires understanding the balance between risk, performance, and business growth for the Sportsbook Customer Risk Team Lead. You will lead customer segmentation, improve team procedures, and ensure high-quality risk decisions that support sportsbook profitability in the LATAM Region.
Location: Bogota, LATAM Region.
Responsibilities
- Identify anomalies and emerging trends through customer activity and address them with the responsible team.
- Manage Sportsbook customers with an analytical approach, ensuring optimized customer settings.
- Mitigate risks from an AML perspective, integrity matches, and questionable customers.
- Ensure team queries and requests are handled adequately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in the hiring process for new members in the Sportsbook Customer Risk Analysis Team.
- Mentor new recruits and support their onboarding journey.
