Location: Oslo, Norway. Reporting to the Line Manager at Nordic HQ, Solna, Sweden. Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead sports partnerships and manage the athlete portfolio for the Norwegian Handball Federation and other sports categories.
• Execute global strategies locally, ensuring relevance and impact in Norway and across the Nordics.
• Build and maintain relationships with athletes, agents, partners, federations, and clubs.
• Oversee athlete servicing and portfolio management, including planning, coordination, and ongoing support.
• Manage budgets, monitor spend, and track performance using reporting tools to contribute to brand and commercial goals.
• Identify and engage emerging talents to strengthen the future pipeline and support long‑term brand positioning.
