This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the area’s inclusive education strategy. In this vital role, you will implement universal strategies and targeted interventions across mainstream schools. By delivering high-quality workforce development, you will empower school staff to confidently lead and support whole-school communication.

You will:

  • Deliver targeted interventions.

  • Develop therapy programmes.

  • Support SENCOs and school staff in delivering universal strategies.
