Specialty Pharmacy Network (SPN) Specialist

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Network (SPN) Specialist to support specialty drug therapies within our retail stores.

Duties

• Work closely with Pharmacy team members and manufacturer programs to provide SPN support.
• Offer support to SPN pharmacies relating to patient self‑injection training.
• Coordinate with external partners to facilitate the dispensing of prescriptions at all SPN pharmacies.
• Provide support to all SPN pharmacy staff for procurement, reimbursement, processing of claims and scheduling/shipping deliveries related to specialty medications.
• Maintain flexibility to work rotating shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM (EST).

What You’ll Need

• College or university degree.
• Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset.
