This part‑time position (approximately 15 hours per week) offers a salary range of £63,696 to £102,689 per annum.

This Specialty Doctor post offers the opportunity to work as an integral member of the Bristol Care Home Interface Project, an interdisciplinary team providing proactive and holistic geriatric review to care home residents across BNSSG funded for 15 hours per week.

The post-holder will be part of a team comprised of physician associates, specialist clinical pharmacists, trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner, GPwERs and geriatricians. The team aim to improve NHS support in care homes and strengthen links between care homes, community services and primary/secondary care.
