Purpose:

• Provide technical handling of marine claims within authority levels, ensuring high service standards, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and investigate claims in line with internal procedures and market standards.
• Maintain accurate claims records, reserves, and data integrity.
• Manage claims within authority and escalate/referral where required.
• Liaise with underwriters, actuaries, legal teams, finance, brokers, and reinsurers.
• Support large loss investigations and reporting processes.
• Monitor account performance and contribute to data analysis and oversight.
• Assist with reinsurance recoveries and claims-related reporting.
