Specialist/Expert OSS/SD Operations & Support (Proactive Pipeline)

What is Specialist/Expert OSS Operations & Support?

This role will be responsible for managing Operations, Support & Planning of various Platforms deployed on OSS, EMS & Underlying Layers along with Service Desk platforms in use across the Organization.

The role is also responsible for overseeing CAPEX & OPEX planning / execution of the department budgets.

The role reports directly to the Manager OSS & Network Performance with an extended team of 12 team members.

What does Specialist/Expert OSS Operations & Support do?

• Handle day-to-day operations of OSS, EMS, Service Desk & other related platforms.
• Device strategy to oversee smooth operations & transformation of Service Desk Platforms in use across organization.
• Provide Techno functional support for smooth running of Service Desk Platforms.
