About the Role

Grade Level: L1/L2 Location: Islamabad What is Expert/Specialist NOC Supervision? Working in 24 x 7 – Shifts for fault monitoring, troubleshooting/providing first level support for ongoing issues related to IT and Core domains. The role reports directly to the Manager Core Supervision and this team comprises of 5 team members. 
What does Expert/Specialist NOC Supervision - Core do? Key Responsibilities: Fault Monitoring and reporting for Core nodes 
Engagement and escalation to all stakeholder teams 
Planned Network activities support 
NMS Health Checks 
Service Requests Handling 
Health Checks of various platforms/tools 
Key Deliverables: Alarm monitoring of various domains like CS Core, PS Core, IN and VAS 
Service impact calculation of outage incidents
