Overview

Field Operations teams work towards protecting people and the environment by maintaining and operating flood and coastal risk management assets across the country. We provide advice and support to colleagues and external stakeholders, respond to incidents 24/7, and provide mutual aid during flooding events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and resource the maintenance programme.
• Actively monitor the team’s work to uphold high health, safety and wellbeing standards.
• Prepare and maintain clear site paperwork, assist with project specifications, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Ensure work sites comply with legal requirements and Environment Agency policies and procedures.
