About the Role
Responsibilities
- Supporting your Manager in the design of world‑class paid search, social, and direct digital programs
- Working closely with planning team, ad operations, A&I, and clients to ensure objectives are reached
- Overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, QA and timelines with Cossette best practice
- Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop business insights, and package effectively
- Produce or provide input into relevant POVs and recommendations
- Managing against set testing calendars effectively
- Mentoring junior team members and ensure quality control in trafficking, maintenance, pacing
- Budget, financial and time management

- 2+ years of paid (search & social) performance experience
