About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Supporting your Manager in the design of world‑class paid search, social, and direct digital programs
  • Working closely with planning team, ad operations, A&I, and clients to ensure objectives are reached
  • Overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, QA and timelines with Cossette best practice
  • Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop business insights, and package effectively
  • Produce or provide input into relevant POVs and recommendations
  • Managing against set testing calendars effectively
  • Mentoring junior team members and ensure quality control in trafficking, maintenance, pacing
  • Budget, financial and time management

  • 2+ years of paid (search & social) performance experience
