An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare professional to join the Renal Diabetes Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

The post would suit a healthcare professional who has experience working with diabetes, a strong clinical interest in this area and would like to develop their skills and experience further.

Working autonomously within a progressive and supportive team, the post holder will provide clinical care and leadership for the renal directorate across the hospital trust sites and haemodialysis satellite units. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high standards of care to patients, able to demonstrate flexibility to various competing priorities and show eagerness to provide education to the renal teams and people with diabetes that they support.
