OTC or Accounts Receivable professionals are responsible for maintaining customer records, processing management fee invoices, and cash applications.
Your Role
Generate monthly, quarterly bills & should have sound knowledge of billing process. Monitor billing volumes & unbilled accounts and ensure the open items are getting completed Planning and executing the work assignments during other team member vacations Good to have knowledge of cash applications and process Research billing queries and the material variances to bill compare reports (SOX guidelines) Monitor error tracking, discuss with team and document Root cause Analysis and lay out preventive measures.
