Task Execution & Performance

• Deliver assigned responsibilities with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
• Meticulously execute organisational changes within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including but not limited to creating and updating supervisory organizations, processing hierarchy changes (reporting lines), managing position changes (creation, modification, inactivation), updating cost centers and other organisational attributes, processing mass changes related to restructuring initiatives.
• Assist the team in conducting comprehensive organisational assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively monitor, audit, and clean organisational data in Workday to ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards.
