**Description**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

· 1+ years of relevant experience

· Up to 10% travel as needed

· Proficient to expert level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills

· Experience with a learning management system (LMS), preferably Cornerstone (or comparable

web based LMS)

· Task/Program Management experience

· Employee Training experience

· Problem Solving skills

· Stakeholder Management experience

· Learning and development experience (designing and/or facilitating programming)
