Specialist Emergency Medicine (SEHA Clinics)

Responsibilities

• Supports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Supports and participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes.
• Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is always provided within the division.
• Attends Divisional meetings as invited.
• Supports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents.
• Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.
• Supports a culture of regular audit and encourages the use of audit results for improving clinical practice.
