Job Description

The purpose of the Anglo American Marketing is to sustainably maximise cash flows from the marketing of Anglo American products and services. The Contracts Team acts as the crucial bridge between commercial intent and enforceable agreements. They are responsible for drafting contracts, master frameworks, and managing every contractual amendment deal capture through final settlement. By coordinating closely with Front Office and key functions, the team safeguards profitability and compliance, on top of mitigating legal, operational, credit, and regulatory risks. Contracts team needs to scale and expand its services as required to support the development of new product and service offerings to the market.
