The role

You’ll lead and develop a team of Specialist professionals responsible for the management, retention and commercial performance of a portfolio of clients across the intermediary channel, with a core focus on Cashplan and Dental products.

Through your team, you’ll drive growth across the Specialist portfolio, ensuring effective distribution of Cashplan and Dental, while also identifying opportunities to expand into wider Bupa propositions including PMI and Clinics.
