About the role

We are looking for an experienced teacher for primary and secondary education to work in the Doncaster area. The role involves teaching designated pupils, pastoral duties, and supporting regular classroom activities when the usual teacher is absent.

Responsibilities and qualifications

• Previous teaching/lecturing experience.
• Establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils.
• Manage challenging behaviour effectively.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Support the use of support staff relevant to the class.
• Contribute to a safe, secure learning environment.
• Address SEN/SEMH needs.
• Apply strong behaviour management techniques.
