Position Type: Special Education Extended School Year (ESY)/Paraprofessional Date Posted: 4/29/2026 Location: Various Closing Date: Open until filled Positions are, job level 4 ($21.50-$21.88), Monday-Thursday, July 6-23, 2026, approximately 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m., for up to 65 hours with the summer Extended School Year Program. Positions are located at Bemidji High School, and Gene Dillon Elementary School. Paraprofessionals support students' academic, physical, and behavioral needs under the guidance of a special education teacher and administration. Duties range from classroom instruction to assisting with mobility and personal care. A passing score on the ParaPro Assessment, Paraeducator Assessment, or two years of study at an institution of higher education (AA, AS, 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits) is required.
